Outlook Should Minimise to the Tray

If you have a broadband connection and you leave Microsoft Outlook running all day, checking e-mail every few minutes, you don't really want it occupying part of the task bar when you minimise it; it would be better if it minimised itself to the system tray (the small icons at lower right).

This one is easy to do. Just right click the Outlook icon in the system tray, and select "Hide when minimized".
